Hello,

I broke two of the three branches of my dracaena. What would be the best thing to do? Here is a picture if it helps. Would be grateful if you can give any directions. Thank you.

Well its probably to late for a patch up on the stems but you can strip off a half inch of the busted off branches dip them in rooting hormone and stick them back in the potting soil to grow on. Make sure to keep the mix at an even moister. As for the parent plant the only way to ever get it back to a moltable branch plant will be to let it grow for a year or two then air lair the top and leave the mane stem to re-branch after the top is removed.

Hi Toshiro. I agree that it looks like the two broken branches are beyond repair, and you will do well to try and root them. Also, looking at the photo it seems like the lighting you have is good, but your plant may want more water. The soil looks very compact and the tips of the leaves look dry. I'd be curious to hear others' opinions regarding soil moisture.
