does anyone know why my peace lily leaves are turning yellow and other leaves look limp at times

leaves turning yellow then will start to turn brown, wait til it dies, turns all brown then cut it off at where stem comes out from foilage, leaves are limp, they need water or liquid feritizer also wash leaves with spray bottle.
