Please help, its dying! Options

I hope you can help me Identify this plant. It is dying and I don't know what it is so I don't know proper care.

looks like it could be an over watered or over sunned Dracaena Marginata. They're easy to kill with too much water or too much light.

If the potting medium feels wet, move it to bright but INDIRECT light and wait for it to dry out. If the roots are too soaked there may not be hope.

If you've had it in the sun move it to the shade and it might come back but you only have one stalk there so that's all you'll have.
