Dying peace Lilly Options

I have a peace lilly and it is dying. I repotted it, because it had outgrown the pot it was in and it is still dying. HELP!!!

What are the symptoms other than just "dying"? Is it drooping? Does it have yellow leaves? Black tips? Did you over water it? Did you under water it a bunch of times letting it droop between waterings? Did you keep it in direct sun and it got fried? Did you keep it in a dark place where it starved? Did you over fertilize it burning the roots? You've got to give more info or at least a picture if you want a diagnosis.

When plants have trouble I find that the source of the problem is usually the wrong amount of light or water- or it's bugs. Re-potting indoor plants is usually not necessary unless you've had the plant for a while. I've kept plants in the same pot for 5-10 years, watered correctly the do just fine.
