I recently planted a new border and all bar one of my plants are doing well. I have a, Thalictrum Aquilegiifolium, that is slowly dying. The main body of the plant is still green, however the taller branch of the plant and now some lower down have dried and look to be dying.

Can anyone help with what I need to do?
