House Avacado plant, leaves with brown veins dropping Options

Hi, just joined, finally found a site for my plant care, and i have a few.
can you help me with a solution? i have a house plant facing south in nyc indoors and my avacado plant looks looks ok but some leaves are falling and they have a browning of veins.
not all the leaves, just the ones that fall.

i appreciate any thoughts.
