I adopted this plant from work. The leaves are stiff and waxy. The mature leaves are about 2.5 inches long. No one's seen it bloom in several years.

In case this helps, some of the plant was in direct sunlight (temperatures in the 70s) in my car for about 20 minutes on the way home. The exposed leaves withered by the next day, but the rest were fine. I'm told a few similar plants died completely at work when exposed to direct sunlight.

What is it?

Thanks for your help!

It's a hoya. Don't know the botanical name. They have really neat flowers. Indirect sun, I believe.
