I wish I could see the rest of the plant in these pictures. If it's just these two leaves that look droopy and spotted, well they look to me like either the stem is broken or they've been under watered. Droopy leaves can also be caused by over watering resulting in the roots rotting. If the rest of the plant looks okay, cut these leaves off.

Thanks for your help, it was a little under watered indeed, i trimmed the bad leaves and it seems to be doing much better. thanks again!
