Hello all plant lovers. I am new here. I have what is called a creeping charley that I bought at a plant sale. It's a huge hanging basket that is blooming. It looks ok but not sure if it healthy. I want to trim it back but am not sure how to do it and when. I looked in the encyclopedia that is offered here for a picture, but when I put in its name "Pilea nummulariifolia" the creeping charley does not come up. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having a terrible time with creeping charlie. It's now spread from a small garden area to the lawn. I want to get rid of it - but it's near a memorial tree that I am terrified of damaging. Any advice would be so appreciated
