ten years ago a friend gavbe me a beuatiful fica platn fro my sunny office which I placed on my bookcase. it is like a bush about 2 feet wide and foot and hjalf hihg. same pot all theswe years and very full. I went away on vacatoin for 2 weeks and I forgto to ask people to water it. My heart is broken, it looks more wilted than I have ever seen it, maybe dead. Some leaves are still green but laying flat down on over sides of pot. i gave it a heavy watering 2 days in a row. ( it responded well to this in the past, but it neer went more than a couple days without water before.) It does not look worse, but does not look any better, it did not perk up. Help!!! Should I cut off all the yellow leaves and give it miracle grow. should I cut off all the leaves. thois is the first indoor plant I ever had and I love it so much. Is there any way I can nurse itr back to health, I do not care if it takes months?

Or is it a goner, and should I just buy a new one.

I never saw one like this- wider than taller and I called some stores but they said they onloy have ones that look like trees.

Thanks
