I noticed the other day that my indoor bell pepper plant has all these very tiny dark brown or black thin bugs all over the top and bottom of the leaves. They look like tiny tiny grains of rice. I think they are thrips, but they look to small from the pictures I have seen. Due to the very cold weather I have had to move all my plants inside. Can anyone suggest a good way to keep my plants pest free that is safe for indoor use and my cats.
