PhotoPlease help me ID this plant. It normally has dark green leaves, but I put it outside to get some sun and now it is dying. I am trying to figure out how to save it. Thank you for your help!

The plant was shocked from too much sun and lack of humidity, think of it this way, you go to sleep and when you turn on the lights in the morning OUCH! , the same for your "Dracena" trim the brown tips with scissors, mist the plant daily with water, water once or twice a week, repot during summer or when the plant is topheavy, and provide a bright spot INSIDE near a bright window. the plant can go outside, but will most likely get sunscorch since it grows inside during winter and isn't acclimatized, but under the sahde of a tree or somewhere with no direct sun will do the job. :)
