Cool tall succulent looking thinggg. No ID?! Options

Does anyone know what this is? I picked it up at a nursery today. I wouldn't have bought it with no ID if I didn't like it so much. It looks like some kind of succulent but I have no idea. Do any of you know what it's called or maybe how to care for it?

its called a Bryophyllum tubiflorum / Kalanchoe tubiflora
