The second one is Schefflera arboricola. I have no idea about the second one, though. Sorry.

Don't laugh. But I have a plant like the second on, and one of the kids shows they used to watch was Under the Umbrella Tree... so I always called mine and Umbrella Tree, because it looked the same.

And yours looks just like the one I have.
