The image is very tiny. So, it's hard for me to tell, but it looks like a neat plant.

I am not sure but it could be the Senecio Rowleyanus plant. You can google it and confirm.

I'll have to disagree with both of you - this is Pilea involucrata (also wrongly sold as Pilea spruceana) 'Norfolk'.

Peperomia caperata or some sort of peperomia.

I need serious help!!!! I have had this plant two years and I am not even certain what type it is but it is now seriously dying and I do not want this to happen. I live in Alaska and the sunlight is minimal but increasing. What can I do? I love Dragon (hence it's markings). Anyone, please help. I have pictures but do not know how to attach.

If your natural lighting is really low right now, you can supplement it with an indoor lighting. I recently changed my indoor lighting to a shield and daylight hagen light.
I had to pick up a new light for our bearded dragon, and opted to buy a large reflector shield and a bulb for live plants as well. I just found my LED panel wasn't cutting it. $21 reflective shield and $12.99 the special bulb.
That is one option.. and if you have or buy a timer.. there are no worries about forgetting.
