I'm hoping that someone may have information to help me with what I've recently discovered is a schefflera actinophylla. Or at least that's my best guess by looking at some photos online. (maybe someone can confirm that for me too)

I've had this plant forever, and it has been a great plant. It usually spends most of the year outside, but does come inside for the winter months. (We live in Ohio) I noticed yesterday that many of it's leaflets are spotted and some have big holes. I think I took some decent pictures of the damaged spots. I'll try to post the link below. Anyone have a suggestion as to what this might be? bugs? fungus? I think its bugs, only because I took it outside for about a week when we had a spell of good weather, he's back inside now due to recent drop in temp. I'm thinking a good wash and removal of damaged leaves will help, but I haven't seen this type of damage before and thought it might be something a little more serious.

Thank you!
