Dear all,
This lovely viney houseplant was given to me years ago. It's time for a transplanting, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I'd like to identify the plant and get any recommendations you may have for its care. It has been a low maintenance plant over the years, but I've not met anyone else who has one.

Smallville seasons dvd box set is one of the most amazaing shows i have got it to, its a cross among Avatar dvd,The Good Wife dvd series and dvd FlashForward. Trust me if you watch one of them you will be hooked.
