please help! I was given a beautiful Norfolk pine as a gift in early November. It's about 3 ft. tall and WAS very soft and healthy looking. within days a few weeks ago it became very dry. It's not turning brown, I went ahead and put it in a new pot to get it out of the nursery one and I've been misting once and twice a day and watering it once a week. but it remains very dry. it's not dropping any branches, i've put it in a room that doesn't have a hot window so it has a softer light but after approx. 3 weeks it's not showing any improvement. I have a damp dark basement and I'm wondering if that is my next step. I really want to save this plant, it was from a dear freinds funeral any advise would be appreiciated. Thank-you Barb Miller
