My Jade plant is over 5 years old. Over the years it has grown into a big plant with thick fat stems. Last week I notice that some of the branch have drooped over, but the leave on the plant are still green and succulent. I was planning on repotting it into a bigger pot. Can someone explain why the plant have changed over night.
