I have seen the Hardy Fuchsia (Fuchsia Magellanica) listed in zones 3-10. It said you would have to heavly mulch it in zones 3-5. My question is that I live in zone 4 and I was always told I couldn't grow Fuchsia unless I bring it in during winter, which isn't an option for me because I have pets that would bother it.
Can I grow the Hardy Fuchsia in zone 4 w/ heavy mulch?
