i believe its called a rubber plant and the leaves are constantly falling. I don't know if i should be watering more or putting it outside to catch more light. i receive this a month ago for the passing of my mother in law i would like to care for it as long as i can and what is the life of such a plant please show a picture so i may know if we are both on the same page.
