I have a plant that I don't know the name of. To me its a tree, but the plant part isn't stable enough to be a tree. I have to support it up with rods. The leaves are big and green with white on them. Once another leaf sprouts out, usually a lower one will die off. But recently, something else has sprouted out of it. I've never seen this before, it looks kind of like a thin corn on the cob. So now its of interest to me to find out what kind of plant this is and what is this sprouting from it.
