My plant is not thriving, leaves look wilted even though I water it when needed. Has not flowered in the past 2 years
Please help

When watering, let the soil pretty much dry in-between before watering it again, getting to all the roots and then does not sit in any excess. The pot should be as small as possible, with just an inch or two between the inside wall of the pot and the root-ball, any more space and the roots can rot or dry out if not properly watered.
To get a CC to bloom in the fall, they need to be pot-bound and they need cool temperatures 40-60 degrees and the falls shorter daylight hours. Use "diluted" reg fertilizer from spring through fall, then stop feeding when you see the little buds appearing.
