I have recieved a gift of BAMBOO stalks that are rubber band together and are in water. I recieved no instructions with this vase of BAMBOO. Do I undo the rubber band and how do I care for this arrangement? The company did not respond to my questions.

What you might really have is a LUCKY BAMBOO, which is not really bamboo at all, it's a Dracaena sanderiana which is often grown in water. If that is the plant, give it indirect light, no direct sun or the leaves will burn, change the water weekly.
