i was wanting to transplant tulips can this be done?/ and if so when is the best time? and i heard u can dig them up and divide the bulbs! is this so? oh and if i can transplant them do i have to waite till the bulbs are dry? and plant them in the fall like the new bulbs u buy in the stores? thankyou!jo.

I would let them go through their whole short season of growing leaves before you dig them. Then store them in a cool place and replant in the fall. They need to make food now, after flowering, to have any chance of making a flower next year. Derek
