I have a plant I "saved" from Home Depot. It looks kinda like marijuana, but the leaves are slighty glossy and mpre spread apart. I don't really think it's a palm of any sort. If anyone has an inkling, please let me know. Thanks!

It sounds like false aralia, Dizygotheca elegantissima. Do a google search under that name, clicking on 'images' and you will find ots of pictures.
