Hi, I have a very healthy spider plant that has been outdoors for about a month, unfortunatly it has been overtaken with red ants. How can I get rid of the ants without killing the plant?

marianne, this is difficult, but try taking the basket outside and submerging the whole thing in a bucket of water with water filed to overflowing. Most (possibly) al the ants will float out and the others wil move their nest. Derek
