i was given a rubber plant that the owner had for nine years from a clipping. i've had it for a month now. i've watered it twice, but leaves a constantly falling off. also some leaves are curling. i'm thinking it's too warm in my apt.

please help.

ps how often do you water snake plants, and aloe vera plants?
