Lately I have been noticing that some my potted plants (house plants and outdoor pots) have been getting this yellow mushroom type fungus. I was wondering what this is and how canI get rid of and prevent this. Thank You, Rachel

Those little mushrooms won't hurt your plant.There must have been spores in with some unsteriled soil that was used. Leave them in, or you can pull them out.
