Give it good bright indirect light, some morning sun is ok (No direct hot afternoon sun) Let the roots fill the pot, Water well when dry and feed half strength fertilizer once a month or so (don't overfeed) and only in the growing months, none in winter. The long stems with babies attached are called "runners". The babies on the runners are called "plantlets".
