I found a plant growing in my flower bed. I live in south florida, the soil is sandy with just a little dirt from other potted flowers i've planted. The plant is small 3-4 inches, the leaves are oblong about half an inch and pointed. It gets small white bird or orchid looking flowers on it. Because of my location I think it to be a wild flower native to the area.

If you take a leaf to your local greenhouse and tell them what the flower looks like, or better yet, take one along as well, they might be able to tell you what plant you have.
