I think that is what I have, it is getting little white specks on the leaves, more toward the stock. Need to know what it might be and what to do about it? Or any general care instructions you can offer.

I have a pony tail that is around 6' tall. It is in a pot now but I'd like to plant it outside. In the area in which I live, the temp rarely gets below freezing and, even when it does, it rarely becomes a 'hard freeze'. Can my pony tail survive outside in the ground? If so, which side of the house should I put it on. Thanx.
