I have another question regarding my Jade plant. Last year it was over watered so all of the leaves fell off and it almost died. I managed to replant it and the leaves are growing back, but VERY slowly. Is this because the plant is in shock? Is there anything I can do to aid in it's recovery? There also seems to be a bit of mold forming on the top of the soil. It does have proper drainage. I'm afraid to overwater it or underwater it. HELP!

First thing, make sure the new pot is not too big. The pot should only be an inch bigger around, or less, than the root-ball with good draining cactus soil and have a drainage hole. I think clay is better than plastic because the soil will dry faster since clay is porous.
If the pots too big, the excess unused soil will stay too wet for too long and will cause soil mold and eventually root-rot.

Re-potting can cause stress which can effect the growth but it can be temporary if cared for the right way.
If your seeing mold, the soil is too wet or possibly has poor drainage, or it's in too big a pot. It should also have good air circulation around it.

Put it in a window that gets direct sun and only water when the soil is dry. Not just the top, but all the way through to the bottom before watering it again. Sometimes you can feel the soil up through the drainage hole,

Check the soil each week but don't water until dry. Jades can go a while without water since they store water in the leaves. Just don;t let it stay dry for more than a few days or it can drop leaves from lack of water.
