I HAVE BROUGHT IN MY ELEPHANT EAR PLANT IN FROM THE OUT DOORS AND AND HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT WILTING I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN MAKE IT GO DORMANT AND HOW TO DO SO AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IT NEEDS AS FAR AS LIGHT AND WATERING OR WHERE I CAN GO FOR THIS INFO THANKS

It depends rather on which type of elephant ear you have. The usual way would be to let the pot dry out gradually. This will work for almost all of them - at the very least it would lose all its leaves and go down to a stump if it is not one that has a dormant state. Derek
