I am haveing trouble with our money plant. It looks like it is dying. I moved it from a room with too much sun light to a room with non direct light. How do I keep it healthy?

I have had my Money tree plant for about 8 years, but in the last few weeks all the branches have begun to fall of and it looks like its dying. I havn't done anything different to the plant. It is in a well lit area and in an 8" pot. However the earth does smell abit mouldy. Please help me as it would be sad to see it die.

Kind Regards
Jason
