Is watering plants with stale beer a good choice? We had heard at one time that it is.

How on earth does beer get stale in your house??? Be that as it may, it won't hurt the plants, but I would not do it all the time - and I can't think of any very good features of doing it as a regular diet. It will probably help the soil microorganism population - which is good, but I don't know if any work has been done to see how much effect it has in the long term. Derek
