THE LEAVES ON ONE OF MY PEACE LILIES ARE DRYING OUT AND TURNING BROWN. IS IT BECAUSE THERE'S NOT ENOUGHT MOISTURE? ALSO, NEITHER OF MY PEACE LILIES HAVE EVER BLOOMED SINCE I BROUGHT THEM BOTH HOME. I'VE HAD THEM FOR YEARS AND HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND FERTILIZE THEM. HELP

As long as your peace lily doesn't wilt, then it is not getting too dry. It is normal for some older leaves to discolor and die as they age and are replaced by new leaves. Excess fertilize and using hard water can cause leaf browning.
Many peace lilies sold today are hybrids that do not flower regularly and sometimes only once. To enhance flowering, be sure to keep it tightly potted and provide lots of bright indirect light.
