I have a house plant that was given to me a year ago...growing great with minimal care, but I don't know what it is. It has thick leaves, kindof cactus-like, and the stems have a few "feelers" on them like it's a climbing plant. It is so top heavy that the limbs droop over the side of the pot. Please help me find out what this is.
