I bought a plant at Home Depot and know the leaves are turing yellow and then falling off. I transplanted it when I bought it then watered it really good and I have not watered it since and the leaves continue to fall off.
What am I doing wrong.
The plant has big flat stiff leaves and if you break one off white stuff comes out.
If you could let me know that would be great.
Thanks

New plants really shouldn't be re-potted for a while, they need to to get adjusted to their new home with lower humidity and light. I would remove any of the extra soil if the new pot is bigger than the original one and put it back into the smaller pot. Find out what plant you have and care for it accordingly, with luck you'll see new growth.
