I just got a peace lilly about 2 weeks ago. It was looking great until this past weekend when I watered it and came home today to see all the leaves drooping. I read some articles about chlorine in the water and I do live in a metropolitan area where chlorine could be possible, so I'm guessing that this is what happened. Is there any way to treat my plant now and bring it back to life?

Hi Amanda,

Peace Lily is a thirsty critter...soak the soil until it runs through the bottom...(use a tray to capture/hold water in). Fronds will come right back up (takes about a day). This plant does not like to be wet wet...so you might put your hand on the top of the soil...if it's dry up there, it's dry at the roots. Trim any yellow edging...try to give it adequate light, if possible!
