How do I get rid of the bugs in my tropical house plant?

I have centipeds and some other kind of bugs in my house plant. What should I use to get rid of them without hurting the plant? I not sure what kind of plant it is. It looks like a piece lilly, but the flowers on it are pink instead of white.
