What is causing the leaves on the peace lilly to turn black around the edge and spread throughout the leaf? I saw the plant technicians that came into my previous office cut the leaves on an angle to remove the spots. I've been doing this but am wondering what is causing this - too much water? Does it need a larger pot? Otherwise it is green and I water it once a week (a day before they droop).
