You're problem is not that it is to hot, it is that you are not watering your Jade enough...Especially being that it is so hot. From everything I've found on-line, about Jades, they should never dry out in the spring and summer (which is their growing season). They should be moist but not wet...
Alternatively, in the winter months, Jades are in a dormant state and that is when you should let the soil dry out. Try this link maybe it will help:
