My Aralia flowered? Options

Hi, After 20 years my aralia house plant bloomed tiny white cluster flowers with a strong sweet smelling scent to it and now it looks like small berries are producing on it. Is this normal? Very puzzling. Any answers or comments are welcomed. Thanks, Rhonda

Yes it is normal. Please google "Aralia Photos" and you will see lots of photos with flowers and berries.
