The aloe plant that I have is the craziest thing that I have ever seen. A family member gave me some small pups 2"-3" in May. I got busy and didn't get them planted for almost a month. These aloes don't spread out much and tend to be spindley and grow straight up, but they produce pups like mad. 4 months after planting the 2"-3" pups, I removed 14 pups from the 4 pots that I had them in and there are still that many more remaining. I'm not sure what type of aloe this is, but there doesn't seem to be anything to slow down the pup production.
