Could anyone help me ID this plant. I moved in and inherited it, and my cat was just eating the leaves, so I would like to look up whether it is safe.

It appears to be a croton, which isn't poisonious to the cat, but isn't goot for the plant to be chewed on.

From the small dark pictures its not possible to ID with certainty,can you post bigger , lighter pictures.
