Some type of palm...? Options

Not sure, but I think this is some type of palm...

Anyone have any idea what it is?

And, I think more importantly, why are two of the stalks mushy to the touch (one can be bent, as seen in the photos). They lost all their leaves not too long ago, and I haven't been able to figure out why. The other three stalks seem perfectly fine.

Doubt its any kind of palm .I think Dracaena .GOOGLE that name for info.
