Hello everyone, I have purchased this plant for my mom a long time ago. Not even sure how long. Since then she has planted several cuttings from it and they are growing like crazy! It may be a succulent not sure. leaves are spade shaped with thick branch like stems. It blooms little pretty red flowers. I recently taken a cutting and planted it in a small pot and it is growing nicely. Below shows one of the many cuttings that my mother has growing in the front window. I would like to know what is its name so I can find out its origins and how exactly to care for it. Thanks again! :) Diane

Thank you all for your help. I looked up swedish ivy and it didn't look the same as this plant. Also looked up sedum. both looked similar in shape but more leafy or thick. Thank you Indian for recogonizing this plant. I searched Kalanchoe and that was it. I thought it was a succulent. :)
