The only thing I could find about it was that it's name is Crassula capitella, and that it is a succulent. Perhaps with some web searching you can find somewhere near you that has it.

Yes it is a crassula. Its a succulent and a very good house plant. Here in India we get a variety that produces lots of tiny red flowers. Its a hardy and rewarding plant.
