I apologize for the blurriness, I had to take the pictures on my cell phone. This plant was given to me by a family member who no longer had a place for it and I would LOVE to know what it is so I could properly take care of it. It has been through a bit of a shock and some of the leaves are falling off but I have no idea how much sun it needs, how much water and what temperatures it would like to be at. Any help or insight would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you!

It looks lika a Kalanchoe species, but I am not sure. It looks like you may need to take cuttings and start with a fresh plant. Good Luck!

Probably Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, they do get very leggy with age.
